You have to be a registered customer to place an order on www.hansk.se.

 

1. You can use head lines to navigate through our menu.

2.  If you already know all the item numbers you can use "easy order" to speed up your ordering process. Place your order, click control and then buy. The products are now in the Shopping cart.

3. Use the search field to the right. Write your searchword and click "Search". You’ll find more information on how to search in the help section under "searchtips".  When you found an item that you want, press "buy".

When you click "buy", the item will be placed in your shopping cart at the top of your web page. Here we show your items and the total order sum.

To change the items in your cart you’ll have to go press the "checkout"-button just above your cart.

When you have added your items click the "checkout"-button just above your cart. Be sure to check your address and the contents of your cart. You can easily change the number of an item by changing the number and press "change".  A click on the wastebasket will erase all items on a particular row.

When you checked everything press "proceed to order". You will now see your order as we will get it. You can still go back and change items on your order or you can send your order by pressing "Send Order". In some cases you can here choose method of payment. To complete your order press "Send order".

When you see the receipt page you know that we hade received your order. You see your order number on the top of the page. We usually send you an order confirmation by mail.

We recommend you to print out this page for further reference.

Delivery will (if nothing else is specified) take place within 1-5 working days.

Your can see your previous orders in the section "My account". When clicking on an order you will get more information on the specific order. You can copy an order and directly place it in the checkout.
